Well, I forgot to mention that on Saturday, March 13th, we attempted to have the 7th Annual March Birthday Hike. This is a tradition born here in Asheville. It was founded by a group of friends with March birthdays who want to celebrate another year of life out in the glorious world we live in. This year, we had a set back.
After several hours of driving out to the hike site, Max Patch, we encountered a roadblock. Literally. The hike site was blocked off due to some construction so we ended up having a nice picnic instead. Fortunately, Z is still 15 months old so she couldn't complain. She had a blast hanging with Hattie and Isabella out at the picnic site. She also did excellent in the car. She slept for a good while and just hung out with Isabella in the back, too. It was nice to get out with good friends, if even for a little while. Enjoy the picture of the motley crew, including a certain little stinker sticking out her tongue.
