Z has been doing lots of walking the past few days but the official movement on her own began March 27th. This was a Saturday we'll never forget.
We went to a birthday party and Z was sleeping for most of it. Eddie, her buddy, was turning the big one. I waited outside in the parking area with a snoozing Z as Shan hung out at the party. After an uncharacteristically long nap, Z emerged from her sleep coma rested and ready to party. It was a nice event and there were a few of her peers there who were already walking. Well, it always seems to be the case that after Z hangs with her friends and sees them doing something, she wants to do it herself. So she just started walking around the kitchen! I have already mentioned in the previous post how amazed we were. Well, here is some footage of Z just walking without any help.
